Shipping out products
After the customers placed an order, the customers will usually receive their products within 7 - 10 business day within Canada. For other countries, can take up to two weeks. Please note: customers can select different shipping methods that we offer, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method customers choose. For example, If customers select express shipping, it only apply on the shipping time but not the process time.
For some cases, if the product is out of stock, we will e-mail customers to notify the customer for further instructions or we will return the money back to customers with original payment method.
Most of our shipping carriers have tracking #, which can allow you to track your order for your shipment arrival date. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is at home to receive the products.
Requesting Samples
We do give some small sample of the products but the customer has to pay for the shipping charges + handling fees. This is an option that you can try before ordering.Only selected products have sample. E-mail us for any samples you would like to try out. Shipping + handling fees are required. Important notice for returning melted BodyButter is Non-refundable.
Please note: Our products are made from natural ingredients and this can cause it to melt when it is in contact with high temperature and warmer weather. We cannot guarantee the products delivery when it is in transition. For example, season, your geographic locations or the temperature in the truck carrier. However, if the body butter is melted, you can place the melted butter into the refrigerator to help it re-solidify. It will not lose its natural properties but the appearance might be different. In this case, we do not accept return and will not issue a refund.
