STORE POLICY & RETURNS
Our returning policy lasts for 7 days, (counting from the day the customer receives the product). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and unopened, being in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any opened products, since for health/hygiene issue.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; Sample products, Custom orders, Special orders, On Sale/Discounted products, melted BodyButter/HandButter. We will also not be issuing a credit back for any shipping charges.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
Important notice for returning melted BodyButter/Non refundable
Please note: Our products are made from natural ingredients, which can cause the product to melt when it comes in contact with high temperature and warmer weather. We cannot guarantee the product's delivery when it is in transitions. For example, season, your geographic locations or the temperature in the truck carrier. However, if the body butter does melt, you can place the melted butter into the refrigerator or cool dry place to re-solidify it. It will not lose its natural properties, but the appearance might be slightly different. In this case, we do not accept returns and will not issue a refund.
*We do not issue price difference adjustments, and if in any case after you purchase our products and it goes on sale, we do not do price adjustments back to the customers.
*To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
First Step for returning product:
First step, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us for any unused & unopened products to request for return & refund (within 14 days of purchase). Ticket # will be issued for eligible return & refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (Can takes up to 7 days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately on sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our goal is to package your products carefully, however, sometimes, we have no control with some situations that the products would spills and breaks through transportations. if your products arrives in damaged, please e mail us and take some photos in regards to your damaged product, we will assess the damage product and will do our best to help you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
We do not accept cancellation your orders, once your order placed on line. Especially, if the order has shipped out, we have no way to recall it back and we are unable to cancel your order.
Customs Duties & Taxes
We do ship some of our products to oversea (international, selected countries ) and which may subject to customs duties charges depend your country's duties regulation. It is the responsibility for the customer to pay for any custom duties & taxes charges that may incurred. Mine Body Butter is not responsible for any custom duties charges & taxes. Customs Duties & taxes on products are customers responsibility to pay for these charges. In addition, we have no control with the processing time when your products are going through customs, and therefore MMB will not responsible for any delays when the products are ship to overseas.
The customer has to responsible the shipping charges for any returning your products. In addition, tracking number has to notify us via e-mail, for the proof of returning the product, or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returning product from oversea which has to indicate "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package and on the customs documents. MBB will not pay for any custom duties or taxes on purchase and return products.
